This is a clip-on patch for the retainer bar used in the Kenmore 253.68802014 refrigerator. The bar's OEM part # is 240534901 and it appears this is also used by various other makes (Frigidaire, White-Westinghouse, Crosley, Kelvinator, Gibson, etc).
My retainer bar developed cracks in the front since I crammed too many things into it. Rather than spending $30 to buy a new bar you can print this out and clip it over the crack. If you're feeling particularly industrious you can glue it in place; I found that the clip-on version itself was sufficient to strengthen the bar.
