I designed these mounts to efficiently store my barbells. You can either only use the upper mount or both. I would advise to print them with PETG 4 Walls and at least 40% infill. For added stability you can orient your print with the layers orthogonal to the direction of the force. I used 6 mm wood screws to mount it on my wall.
