This is a replica case for the ThirdReality smart button. My dog decided to turn mine into a chew toy so I modelled up a new one.
BOM:
Smart button (affiliate link)
Disassembly:
- Pop the back cover off the remote.
- Remove the two screws holding the board in.
- Remove the board by pushing the button while lighting lifting the battery terminals connected to the board.
- Pry the other battery terminals out while pulling up.
Assembly:
- Put the button in.
- Put the board in with the battery terminals slotting into the little slot.
- Reinstall the two screws to secure the board.
- Install batteries.
- Pop on the cover.
