This is an airfoil that i designed using Shapr3d cad, is an airfoil complete with a fixed slat and a muvable flap, everithing print in place. This project is meant for theoretical use and to explain the use and the working principles of the high lift devices (flaps and slats), not meant to be used on RC airplanes or model airplanes, the flap (in the photos is the grey part) is very smooth and with low tollerances, after printing use a bit of force to remove the contact between the piece and the supports, you can remove very easliy the support inside by develop completly the flap with a bit of force and with thin pliers remove the two supports inside the holes.

I hope you enjoy my project and i want to apologize for the low quality surfaces, but now i'am using only the free version of the Shapr3d cad and the surfaces don't come out very well and “round” but the inside mechanism of the flap is very smooth.
