I'm sure other HDHomeRuns could also be used if the dimmensions of them havenet changed but it was designed around the Connect Quatro that I have.
The vertical stand has to be removed from the Netgear CM1200 and the modem helps keep the two pieces aligned. The back side of the mount has anchors/slots for a velcro tie to be used to keep the modem and homerun from sliding backwards out of the mount. I figured velcro would be the easiest mount in case they need to be removed from behind for maintenance.
When rack mounted it takes up a bit over 1U.
