A Parametric, Vase-Mode Deck Box!
This parametric deck box has been designed to hold a full 100 card MTG commander deck.
Some key parameters for you to play with include:
- Card Width
- Card Length
- Deck Thickness
- Box Wall Thickness
- Card Clearance/Tolerance
- Box Latching Clearance/Tolerance
- Base Thickness
- This was included to make thinner bases on the boxes, saving plastic and print time.
Files Provided
Including the parametric Fusion360 file, the following files have been pre-exported as 3MFs:
- Lower Box
- Upper Box (with decoration)
- Upper Box (no decoration)
Print Settings
- Print with thick perimeters.
- I used 1.2mm perimeters, 0.35mm layer height and 0.6mm nozzle.
