It's a vented cover for a 3.5" PVC Pipe. The cover is a Male slip fitting, but fits snug since I made the model ever so slightly larger than the average size.
Our use case was to cover a PVC dryer vent on the outside of the house to keep vermin from crawling in. The caps available at our local hardware store (the big orange square logo) required two pieces (both a union and the cap). It's visible from the Front door, so we wanted it look finished and not have extra pieces.
I modeled with FreeCAD and printed on a MK4 with input shaping in a little over an hour. I had to clean up some stringing, but you can't see it from far away, so I wasn't too picky.
