Aftermarket tailgate handles for this Tundra are very weak and the whole mechanism has to be bought to get a replacement handle. After going through 2 of them I modeled this replacement and beefed up the areas where it sees the most stress. It's not perfect, but it looks very similar to the original and works great.
Printed on Bambu Labs X1C using PET-CF.
I oriented vertically and used 8 walls for strength.
