These printer profiles (or “presets” as the kids are now calling them) are meant for use with a Prusa™ Mini or Mini+ which has a Bondtech™ BMG or Bondtech™ IFS extruder installed. Profiles are included for InputShaper-enhanced printers and non-speed-optimized printers alike, with a range of nozzle sizes. Notable changes from the standard Prusa™ profiles include the following:
- Max print height is increased by just over 5mm, resulting in a usable build volume of 180x180x185.
- Retraction length is reduced to 1.5mm.
It is expected that the printer's got firmware version 4.4.1 or later (or 5.1.0+ for the InputShaper-enabled profiles) and that you've configured its extruder steps and z-axis length as instructed by Bondtech.
Instructions
Put the .ini files in the directory where you keep your printer profiles. (There's also a universal cross-platform way, through PrusaSlicer's menus: File->Import->Import Config…) Then start or restart PrusaSlicer.
