The Archimedes screw lies horizontally in the holder. Depending on the printer volume, you can make them wider or narrower. The model is 200mm in diameter. It is better to place it on the side for printing, so you hardly need any support material.
An M4 threaded rod serves as fastening.
Two ball bearings (606zz) are pressed into the holder for storage.
The screw is fixed to the threaded rod with a grub screw on the side, but a little glue is also possible.
The foot still needs a screw on which the whole thing stands. To do this I used a screw and rounded it off at the top.
Vertikale Variante der Archimedesschraube
Die Archimedesschraube liegt horizontal im Halter. Je nach Druckervolumen kann man sie verbreitern oder schmaler machen. Das Modell ist 200mm im Durchmesser. Zum Druck besser seitlich platziern, so benötigt man kaum Stützmaterial.
Als Befestigung dient eine Gewindestange M4.
Im Halter sind zur Lagerung zwei Kugellager eingepresst (606zz).
Die Schraube ist mit einer seitlichen Madenschraube an der Gewindestange fixiert, etwas Kleber geht aber auch.
Der Fuß benötigt noch eine Schraube, auf der das ganze steht. Dazu habe ich eine Schraube benutzt und sie oben abgerundet.
