This is a simple model of a bourbon barrel I made for a project for my brother that he did not end up using. Figured someone might find it cute or interesting.
I made the barrel itself out of the wood infused PLA cause I thought I might try to stain it for kicks. The bands are made from pla as well, I got a bronze pla and then just squeezed them on. There are indents that hold them in place and it's been holding well for quite some time now.
I never made a bung for it, but that would be pretty simple. It's sort of hollow so I suppose you could store stuff in it if you wanted.
