Materials:
- 1pc each of the model files
- 3p M3 x10mm socket head cap screws
- Spool of solder, maximum 70mm diameter and 70mm width
Assembly instructions:
- Print the model files. Note that the base and spool holder have threaded holes, I suggest a layer height of .2MM or smaller.
- Screw an M3x10mm screw into each side of the spool holder. These will act as the axles for the spool holder.
- Place the solder guide on the front side of the base, and screw in with the remaining screw. The solder guide seems a little flimsy so it might need to be redesigned.
- Place the solder spool holder into the opening in the solder spool.
- Slide the spool/holder into the slots on the top of the base, and guide it so that it rests at the end of the slot
- Feed the end of the solder wire through the hole in the solder guide
- Enjoy!
