Evian Storage Box Kit lockable

I liked the idea of the model by Peter H, but I couldn't grip the lid well enough. 

My design has a small sausage-shaped structure on the bottom. I think the grip is better this way. 

I also wanted to be able to close the lid easily. for this purpose I have chosen a bayonet lock. This is designed in such a way that only half of it should be lightly tightened. (0.1 degree incline) after that it gets stuck. 

The signs perform the function of attaching the frame to the bottle and at the same time allow labeling.

here are some tricks for the construction:

to attach the signs To do, drill or punch a hole in the bottle with a diameter of 4mm on each side and then insert the pin into the hole of the sign. 

→ Make sure that there is no more support material on the spigot, otherwise it will not go into the hole provided. 

In addition, a drop of cooking oil or coconut oil (food-safe) on the tenon and groove facilitate lubrication

I made the letters on the signs with the slicer

Lid and ring in PLA with a layer height of 0.2mm
