Update 19.01.24: Added pins on base holder to get a pre-tension against some possible vibrations!
Hi,
i made this because all available designs did not fit my needs which are:
- perfect fit on Prusa MK3/S+ with enough space to moving axises & the spools
- clear readable description of the nozzle diameters & nice designed dot-positions of the nozzles - I do not want to use the false nozzles :)
- Threaded input to avoid noises of nozzles moving in too big holes, OR to small holes where i need a lot force to screw the nozzles in and out again.
- Nice clean design with different colors which is printable without MMU - I did it with different heights of the layers.
- Black 9 layers (9*0,15mm = 1,35mm)
- red 6 layers (6*0,15mm = 0,9mm)
- white 3 layers (3*0,15mm = 0,45mm)
What is needed & How i printed it on MK3S:
0,4mm Nozzle for all to print!
- 1x “Base_plate” PETG 3 Perimeter - 0,2mm Layer
- 1x “Description Plate” PETG 4 Color - 0,15mm Layer
- 10x "Nozzle_thread_insert" - Used PLA in 0,1mm layer for super fine print!
- Additional needed: 2x M3x10mm screws
Hints:
- I added my gcodes for MK3S/+
