This is a kit of brackets for making your own drawer organisers, suitable for organising drawers in the kitchen, office or workshop. The brackets are designed to be used with 3.5 mm plywood or 1/4" (6.35 mm) plywood. The height of the brackets is 50 mm.
v2: A corner bracket is now included.
If you want to make your own changes, the fusion360 file is parametric.
Installation
Use T-, X- and L-brackets for internal rows and cross-connectors and side brackets to connect to the edges. If, like me, you want to fix the brackets to the drawer, there are holes for screws. The side brackets can be screwed to the edge of the drawer and the T-, X- and L-brackets can be screwed through the bottom of the drawer.
Printing and print settings
In the model files, the parts are oriented in the best direction for printing. Use for example PLA for printing with a layer height of 0.2mm and a nozzle width of 0.4mm. A wall thickness of at least 3 lines and 25% fill. A support structure isn't necessary.
Feedback is always good, if you want to encourage me or other designers to make more models, hit like and/or post your makes. If something is not good or if something is missing and can be improved, leave a comment.
