I found this quick, simple, and easy to print Bowden tube retainer created by Nikola Ilic. But, it was made to fit the M6 fitting found on most Enders' stock plastic extruders, and not the M10 utilized by many of the all metal upgrades. So, I took the original design and gave it a wider thicker base.
