A simple collapsible measurement box sized to USPSA competition dimensions. Inner dimensions of the box as-printed should be 8 15/16" x 6" x 1 5/8", with tolerances (+1/16", -0").

Note that these pieces are sized to print 41.4 mm high and 6.4 mm deep for compatibility with 0.2 mm layer height, depending on your print orientation. This should yield a part within the stated tolerance, provided your print bed is reasonably flat.

Two of the short sides can be printed at once on a Prusa Mini+ (180 mm) bed, oriented onto their flat sides and rotating slightly to fit. The larger sides can be sliced in half along their length with a dovetail feature (in PrusaSlicer, or using the pre-cut STL) – all four halves will also fit on a Prusa Mini+ bed.

The part is chamfered along multiple edges in order to avoid the elephant's foot effect on printing, facilitating assembly and accurate measurement.

Recommend using a rigid straight-edge of your choosing (ruler, screwdriver, etc.) to slide over the top and look for any high spots. For more info, see here for Proper Use of the USPSA Magazine Gauge & Box.
