Print this with the face laying on the bed. I recommend .15 or thinner layers to get enough material down.
This is an application where a LESS stiff material like PETG is probably better than PLA. I have had good luck with all sorts of PET, as well as various CF and Kevlar-Filled PET. ABS should work well too.
