This seatpost clamp is designed for 27.2 mm seatposts and M5 hardware, allowing you to mount anything you want to it. I'd suggest printing this in PETG, due to this material's flexibility. I used 4 walls and 100% infill, which still allowed me to carefully slide the GPSC around the seatpost.
I would use a minimal amount of support material underneath the upward curve of the mounting arm.
