This is a replacement backplate for a Jackson Dinky guitar with an access hole to make adjustments to (in my case) a Tremol-No. Could also be used to access other tremelo stabilizers or blocks. It may work with other models, but I can't say 100%.
Dimensions are:
143mm x 93mm x 2mm
I've rounded the inside edges to keep any sharp corners from cutting your fingers while using it. May need some post-cleanup to get rid of any sharp points from printing.
I printed at .12 layer height just to make sure screw holes were solid, but you can probably get away with .20
