The heater bracket and frame mount can be assembled in different configurations to suit the need. I put one in each of the bottom corners of my chamber.
I angled the heaters by 20 degrees to blow toward the middle under the bed. The idea was to diffuse the heat and keep the chamber temperature as even as possible.
Be sure to use materials that can tolerate the temperatures generated by the heater.
BOM:
- 6 x M3 4.6mm heat inserts
- 2 to attach the heater to the bracket
- 4 to connect the two pieces of the mount together
- 2 x M3 8mm screws
- To attach the heater to the bracket
- 4 x M3 6mm cap head screws
- To attach the heater bracket to the frame mount
- 2 x M6 12mm with 3030 t-nuts
- To attach to the extrusion frame
