This is my FIRST model created simply out from need to cover my homemade powerbanks / batterypacks since I've destroyed one of them by leaving it on table where I've had metal components. Short circuit was inevitable. So from now on, I'm going to use these.
NOT A FINAL MODEL, IT STILL NEED SOME TOUCH!
The example is printed from PLA. Holes for LED voltmeter and XT60 connector are slightly bigger, so just glue the loose parts with hot glue, superglue or other suitable adhesive. The wireless charging module need to be glued directly inside the big circle. The coil on top of box, black part on bottom as on photo. But it's not mandatory, I'm using it just as example. The top part need to be glued on the box using hot glue or superglue.
Full model is printed from PETG!
Recommendations:
- Print this from PETG, ABS or other harder material. PLA should be fine too.
- Print the Top part upside down
- Layer 0.15mm
- Infill 25%
Of course you don't need to follow and use different parameters. It's up to you how much you want to screw this model. :-D
