print laying on side, add tree (or other easy to remove supports) to the hole for the inner tube stem, do not add support to the horizontal holes used to attach to bike.
v2: I added a back wall so stuff doesn't fall out while you're wrapping the tube around, and I added I slide on lid. I also moved the hole for the stem to the opposite wall and moved it off-center.
