I made these shims to help line up the motor with leadscrew. The exact process is documented in my video on removing Z banding.
These shims are not a one-size-fits-all, you will likely have to make them thicker or thinner based on your own printer's needs. They are currently .65mm, but I have included the STEP files to make this process easier.
