This is a cover to allow you to "turn off" the motion sensor on a Lutron Motion Light Switch. It may also work on other brands. Check the dimensions in the uploaded drawing to see if it will work for yours.

To assemble, partially slide the cover onto the base enough to allow the slider to fit in the gap. Slide the base and slider on further, but leave enough space to keep the mounting holes exposed. remove the faceplate screws from your switch and install the cover with the same screws. Slide the cover on fully; it will lock in place. To remove, slide a small flathead screwdriver or similar into the top and bottom of the cover simultaneously and slide the cover off.
