Warning dovetail can break if slammed open.
I quickly draw two patches to fix mine.
I will update the full assembly with:
- increased area on junction
- different shape of junction (more open angle)
As the original bracket had different flaws, I redesigned it.
PS -> PETG less brittle by nature
Less stress peak.
Printed with 7 walls, 7 layers top and down, 30% infill, honeycomb.
Dovetail are fitted with hammering, no glue but adding some should help the strength.
Partly secured by two screws on two plank.
The Freecad model is slightly unstable (ref to projection of geometry), but you should be able to adjust dovetail if you dig a bit.
The shim have to printed and then glued on the flat side. They aren't shim exactly but barrel which I split to avoid too much support.
I don't remember the model of the furniture but can be used on a new one I guess.
