Bracket i've designed to glue the solar eclipse glasses's filter films onto a Spigen Tough Armor Case for pixel 8 Pro.
It's not only usefull for the eclipse, you can actually use these filters to watch/film directly at the sun without damaging your lens.
I just unpelled and glued the films from my cardboard solar eclipse glasses on it and made some test. i've cutted it in a way the 2 films split get between the first and second lens as there is a bigger gap.
As the autofocus will be covered, use the manual focus from the pro features of the camera to get it as desired.
I also recommend mounting your phone onto a tripod to keep it stable while zooming to maximum possible.
