I wanted to build the Variable Openmod DIY headphones with drivers/transducers from my sennheiser headphones. The drivers have 42mm diameter and are built into most over-ear headphones in the HD500 series (also Momentum). The drivers don't fit into the 40 mm baffle and they sit too lose in the 44 mm baffle of the Variable Openmod DIY headphones. So i designed this adapter/gasket to be printed in TPU. The drivers sit tightly without being strained.
Printed in ERYONE TPU black, 0.6mm nozzle, 0.15 mm layer height, no supports.
