Design
I've printed the original TS100 case with the double layer remix. Sadly after a couple months of use the hinge broke off, because the lid wasn't supported.
That made me think, why not design an remix which has 4 latches instead of 2 so I can remove the lid. That lead me to designing this remix.
Printing & Assembling
I would recommend printing at a 0.2mm layer height. 4 latches are needed. Printing the TPU seal isn't needed unless you want to water tighten the case. The latches and hinges are made to fit M3x20screws. CA glue can be used to fit the inserts and case halves together. However in my case the inserts fit the case so well, I didn't even need to glue the two together.

The samples shown in the image are printed with Polymaker Polyterra PLA gray and Polymaker Polyterra PLA Charcoal black.
