ASSEMBLY:
It is a simple snap together construction. There is a track on the top piece that the bottom piece will snap into.
- Place wire in slot on bottom piece
- Align top piece with bottom piece
- Press them together until they snap together
- Spin the bottom piece using the finger registers on the back of it to wind up the cable
- Pull on cable ends to extend cable
