move pivot along the rod to it is balanced.
longer this rod bar is the easier it turns in low winds
start with elbow to finger tip 500mm
i added a single 4mm ball-bearing on top
of rod u put in the ground to make it more sensitive drill out to 5.5mm. to swing better
5.1mm pivot needs supports
