Hey guys! Today, I want to show you my project called the "Flipper ESP32 Backpack."
Whole video about this is on youtube:
Background
When I bought my Flipper Zero, I thought it would be really cool to have a Wi-Fi dev board. However, when I saw the price, I decided it wasn’t worth it. After a month of using the Flipper Zero, I really wanted that Wi-Fi board, so I decided to create one myself.
Development
I browsed Aliexpress for an ESP32 until I found one that I liked. I also bought an external antenna because I wanted to go big. A few days later, the components arrived. After a day of playing with them, I realized I couldn’t present them to the public in their current state.
Design & Printing
I started to measure, design, and print. After a few prototypes, I achieved the results I wanted. The backpack holds the ESP32 perfectly, covers all unused pins, and allows for easy antenna attachment.
The ESP32 backpack was printed with PETG, though PLA would work well too.
Safety Concerns
After a month and a half, I noticed it was dangerous to carry the ESP32 backpack in my bag with other items. So, I designed and printed a case that holds the ESP32 backpack safely, providing ample space around it for protection.

I bought the ESP32-WROOM-32U
And about printing, I strongly recommend printing just as it is in the picture.
