A simple model to allow a bowden tube to pass through a 50mm Lack table for a top mounted spool using PC4-M10 fittings.
The included gcode file will print PETG at 240c/70c with variable layer heights. From 0.35mm for speed to 0.07mm for the threads.
Or use your own settings and material with the 3mf file.
Why not a straight pass through without the bowden tube? Well, because of 2 reasons.
- Eventually the filament will wear through the printed tube.
- It allows the filament to travel from the drybox to the printer in a completely sealed passage.
You'll need to drill a hole in the table that is 15mm in diameter.
Assembly:
- Attach a PC4-M10 to the top hat and thread the bowden tube through the first PC4-M10.
- Attach the other PC4-M10 to the bottom hat and push the tube through the table,.
- Push the bowden tube through the bottom hat then out of the bottom PC4-M10.
- Screw on and attach to the tube protruding from the ceiling of the table while adjusting the position of the bowden tube.
