A modified version of Valve's index “Knuckles” controller grips, modified to be easier to print on the classic FDM/FFF style 3D printers.

The grips are intended for folks with big hands / long thumbs, to shift the position of your hand downwards, to make the buttons more easily reachable by your thumb. They also make the grips a bit chunkier, which may be easier to hold with long fingers.

I've removed the hexagons from the inner surface of the grips, for printability. I did this by deleting the geometry of the hexagons, leaving the geometry of the original model intact and unmodified. I also did some simple cuts to give it a flat bottom, and no overhangs, without losing its ability to “click” into place.

You'll need to print it with supports enabled, and probably a brim.

The original model was distributed with Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-Sharealike 4.0 International license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/) so I must do the same.
