This is a case for a white label, battery-powered Bluetooth 5 audio receiver/transmitter from AliExpress that allows attachment to a keyring via a loop on the back.  It fell out of my pocket one night and was difficult to locate given that it's black, so giving it a bright jacket with a means to travel alongside my car keys solved that problem!  I use these clasps for easy removal.  My 2008 car doesn't have native BT and I'm using this thing every day.

I'm entering this into the current camping contest, as this print makes the accessory very practical to use in conjunction with earbuds and a simple AM/FM radio you might take with you when you go off-grid.

A cutout on the bottom reveals a door to access the charge port.  The side switch to change between transmitting and receiving has been covered to prevent accidental switching.

You should use a flexible filament to get the case to fit.  The opening at the top for the audio jack's stem has been filled in for a single bridging layer to go down first, avoiding the need for supports.  Just cut it away after printing.  I recommend you print this standing up with a 0.4 nozzle or smaller.

The main body of the unit is roughly 12mm x 21mm x 73mm and the shaft is 6mm in diameter.  Other similarly-sized devices may fit.
