I have a small french cleat wall in my shed and was looking to make something to hold a couple of extension cords out of the way. While most of my French cleat organisers are timber I decided I could use the same basic structure to model…
Based on the Fusion 360 plugin, this 3x2 module holds a set of small Trojen metric Allen keys ranging from1.5mm to 6mm. The bin has no stackable lip and the size labels are raised so a colour change makes them easier to read.
Superglue tubes are annoying as they quickly go solid. They can last longer if stored upright with the cap on tight. Since the bases don't lend themselves to being easily stored upright I used the gridfinity plugin for Fusion 360 to make…
This battery holder is designed to hold 8 AA batteries in a 1x2 Gridfinity grid. Others I found held 10 batteries but I found them a bit tight so made my own using the Gridfinity plugin in Fusion 360, and Brian Kerley's Hole Customiser…
This is a Gridfinity 3x2 storage module for a ¼" drive socket set I use. it also contains storage for an adaptor so a ½" drive can be used with the set.
This model uses the Gridfinity plugin for Fusion 360 to create slots for each of the brass nozzles available for the Prusa Mk4. I did without the “Generate lip for stackability” option so that I could print the numbers in a different…
I needed to convert three doors into sliding doors for a wardrobe. This included routing a slot down the middle of the bottom of the doors for the guide, which helped the doors slide evenly. Since I had the door thickness I designed this…
I was putting down 7m drainage gravel in the garden and I wanted the gravel to cover a stormwater drain so that the water would continue to drain but the gravel would be kept out of the drain. Normally I would buy a grate like…
I designed this case for a Tile Pro (2018) tracker to fit on our two bikes. The bikes have a number of points for attaching water bottle cages, and pumps. I've painted it the same colour as the bike, and attached it to what would be the…
I needed to route a slot in a door, but the router was only capable of taking out 5mm in a run. I designed this set of depth gauges to let me increase the depth of the hole by 5mm at a time. Original file available at…
We travel a lot and my wife has a range of potions which were always tipping over in her make-up bag or rolling around while driving. This rack is designed to fit these specific eyedropper bottles however should be able to be resized to…
This box was designed to be 90mm deep (the depth of the windowsill, and 100mm high (the height of the basic black plastic pots the plants come in. Built as a request from my wife to stop the pots leaking onto the windowsill, and to give…
This 2x1 gridfinity module is used to store up to four 9v batteries. Sometimes known as PP3 batteries, in Australian households, 9v batteries are most commonly found in smoke alarms.
I have two gas bottles in our motorhome and sometimes have difficulty remembering which one we are using at anytime. Its handy to keep track so that we completely use one bottle, then when using the next bottle we get the empty one…
One of the things I enjoy about 3d printing is fixing broken stuff which may either be unavailable or expensive. Recently i found the cap on the bolted trap screw for the stormwater pipe shattered to the point that I only had a shard…
This is of limited use as it is specifically designed to fit in the bottom shelf of the series of shelves behind the driver's seat of an Avida Diversion campervan. It features a sloped back so it fits the slope of the back of this unit…
