The original design was meant for spools to ride directly on the bearings but thinner spools would fall off. So I made a simple tube to connect the two bearings for the thinner spools.

Uses 15mm x2mm or thicker magnets attached with super glue to the printed part. Print at least 3 for decent mounting strength. Fusion file included to tweak to your needs.
A lid to enclose the counterweight tube. I use scrap bits of copper for the counterweight and didn't want them getting knocked out.
