Works best with PETG 30% infill or greater. Print upside down for best results. Don't use PLA.
I recently bought a UNI-T model LM100 laser distance meter. Unfortunately, this meter is not equipped with a thread for fixing it to a tripod. So I designed a suitable holder with 1/4" UNC thread which allows you to mount this meter on…
This is a upgrade mod to eliminate the front and back y-frame plates along with the cheap idler bracket and wimpy y-motor bracket. This mod gives you stronger y motor bracket and a better idler tension . Also changes the belt path to be…
This ia a drag chain riser. I needed the nubs, so I made it to fit the Malyan M150 with the correct height. This will be a work in progress, as I doubt I will get it correct the first time. So lookout for a v2, 3 or even 4... We shall…
Stackable or wall-mounted organizers for extra chuck jaws. Prior to this, all my chuck jaws were loose in the same box. Models fit most jaws for VicMarc 120 chucks , or VicMarc 150 chucks . I also made another version for VicMarc VM100…
Needed a diffuser for my LED M150 light since I lost the one that came with it. It was way more difficult than I thought to find a replacement part so I threw this thing together. I printed in transparent filament of course but perhaps…
Modular X-Carriage for M150 (and similar i3 clones like wanhao duplicator i3) NOTE: This is useful only if you are actually using different tools often and planning to change between them on a single printer (for e.g. I switch often…
I looked at some solutions for wanhao and similar i3 clones like http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1672640 and the remixes but they all don't really fit Malyan M150 properly as M150 comes with 3 linear bearing blocks that are different in…
Pegboard holder for the Franklin Sensors M150 Stud Finder
Printed without supports except under the 'arm' holding the fan (see in the image). I printed this with PLA, and it's just fine (it shouldn't get hot under any normal circumstances, so no need for more heat resistant plastics like PETG).…

This is a skadis mount for the ProSensor M150 stud finder by Franklin.
The original levers tend to brake after some time, so I made spares that are reinforced at the weakspot (as much as the space allows). Recommended to print with PETG.
I modified original only slightly so that I can fit it on M150 and ramps1.4 + RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller (moved the SD card slot ). You will need either a sd card "extender" like http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1335637…
very simple part, goes around your Y tightener and keeps it straight, allows for an idler pulley to be screwed on the bottom (M4 screw and semi trapped traveling nut) so you can tighten your belt. I'm using GT2 pulleys on new Z motors…

If you mod your M150 to link Z motors with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2900617 you need to raise the whole printer a bit (20mm is enough). You can use simple blocks of wood to do it or a rubber cubes... I designed these feet to go…

I realised, that my new Malyan M150 Printer cant handle Flex Filament like "SainSmart" very well. So i took it apart and did a complete Design of the Extruder Part. Now no flex filament wont stop my printer! =) Print Settings Rafts: No…
Malyan M150 uses MK10 hotend, but I wanted to use Bondtech CHT nozzle which is compatible only with MK8 or V6 hotends, so I bought a cheap Creality hotend and made a conversion to fit it. Required: 4x M3x20 4x M3x16 2x M3x12 1x M3x10 4x…
