This is a cupholder adapter for the owala FreeSip water bottle. I tested it in an 06 Accord, and 2012 Mustang. Fit it somewhat loose, to avoid scraping off the branding during insertion/removal.
A simple tag that can be inserted into an Owala lid. Add text using PrusaSlicer's Add Part > Text tool. Bending the side tabs down slightly might help the tag sit flush but isn't necessary. A sample project is included with a name field…
WHY Well, last weekend, I was just sittin' at my desk, writin' some code, when… **BLAM**!! Shot in the arm by my Owala water bottle button. Now it's frustrating enough that the button just shot off the water bottle, but it took me like 20…
A replacement for a broken Owala handle, I needed a replacement but couldn't find a 1 to 1 model so I made one. I printed in ABS and it works perfectly. I had the printer run in a slower mode to make sure the print came out as clean as…
I couldn't find any free print files for this, so I decided to try making one. It isn't perfect, but it fits on my wife's bottle just fine (hers broke and I didn't want to pay for a whole new cap haha). I've included the obj and f3d files…

I printed this to add some protection and grip to my Owala water bottle. I used Inland TPU, and the fit is perfect. No slippage, but easy to remove if and when needed. Quick specifications: inner diameter is 87mm interior fillet is 9mm to…
adaptor to fit larger water bottles and cups in small car cup holders. there is a blank version and one with the Chevy logo. Print Upside Down to eliminate need for supports
I made this for my 24oz Owala FreeSip bottle. The big metal bottles clang around too much when you set them down. I printed this in TPU and slid it on to help with that. Works great. Tight fit so it doesn't slip off.
Wife didn't like how her new Owala water bottle didn't have a way to attach her chapstick holder like her old water bottle. Printed out of TPU, thin gasket allows lid to screw on still, but also gives an attachment point for a keyring.
Bottle boot designed for 24Oz Owala FreeSip bottle. 2 available heights. Printed with overture clear TPU on Bambulab P1s. Very tight tolerance so that the bottle boot does not fall off. The model also includes a hole at the bottom to…
This is a replacement water bottle button for the Owala FreeSip Sway. The button uses a different mechanism to stay in place than the original FreeSip. Compatible with the lock feature of the bottle lid. For strength, I recommend printing…
Here's my take on a water bottle cup holder adapter, mainly for my 40oz Owala FreeSip. My 2014 Toyota Corolla's cup holders are really only designed for cans an cups with a tapered bottoms. Anything with a thick bottom won't fit, so here…
Recommend printing with 4 perimeters. Examples were printed in PETG (matte black) and Pro PCTG (purple) with 0.20 mm layer height. Snug supports work well. Suggest orienting the part right-side up (opposite from model file orientation).
Allows a 32oz Owala bottle fit in a standard car cup holder.

The water bottle doesn't fit into a normal car cup holder so I made this.
The 24oz Owala FreeSip claims compatibility with “most” cupholders; my van apparently doesn't fit the definition of “most”. If you also have a 2018 (or possibly any 5th gen) Honda Odyssey and don't want to just put your FreeSip in…
It's a boot to protect the bottom of your 24oz Owala bottle. I printed it in TPU with a .6mm nozzle. 4 bottom layers, 3 walls, 0 top layers, 0% infill. If your running .4mm nozzle I would try 5 walls or making the diameter slightly…

One of the kiddos broke the lid off their water bottle, so I modeled up a new one in Shapr3D and gave it a go. This was a good opportunity to not only do a little reverse engineering using photos, but also to model complex curves and…
If the measurements are off, let me know. I had two photos to go off of and used a nickel (21.21mm) for scale! :D
I really like my 24oz Owala Freesip water bottle, but there's one thing that's dumb: the locking mechanism that doubles as a carry loop. I want to carry my bottle by the handle while also ensuring it's locked. My models are inspired by…
This is a bottle cage designed to accept the 24-ounce Owala bottle. The Owala bottle is extremely heavy, lacks any ridges to retain it by, is very tall compared to a typical sports bottle, and it needs extra vertical space in order to be…
This print is made from 95A Matter Hackers Pro Series TPU but I used some settings for Overture TPU. It has 10% Gyroid infill. The protective base adds a little bit of height and almost nothing to the diameter so it can still slide easily…

Online equivalent boots claim to fit the 30 oz and 40 oz as well, ymmv. Only tested on the 30 ounce model. Recommend printing in TPU for flexibility.
Printed original model and it was just too loose and let my Owala slip open. So I went into Tinkercad and fixed up the model. I made 3 variants just in case, but the +1mm version worked absolutely perfect for me. Uploading the others to…
Print in TPU, will need to stretch to get it around the neck of the bottle, clip a shoulder strap on to the little loops on the side.
My household has acquired more drinking vessels that do not fit the cupholders in my wife's car. This design fits the 32oz version of the Freesip, as well as any drinkware <75mm diamter in the lower section. Now that I think about it, I…
