The LED Support was designed to work as an adaptor to install 5.75" LED headlights in the original support that the Honda Ruckus/Zoomer uses for the dual headlights. The LED headlights have a tab that you need to orient between the tabs…
I made this Model to hang my Ruckus access points the slot on the bottom mimics a t-grid drop ceiling
I created this designed based on FLP Parts Bling Key Cover: https://flpparts.com/products/honda-ruckus-bling-key-cover Included are the Fusion 360 files so that you can create tool paths and machine one on a cnc router.
Basic wall mount for the H* Ruckus APs. Allows a right-angle ethernet cable to fit inside for a flush mount. Requires some #8 heat-set inserts to be used for the mounting bracket. 3 different wall hole patterns are available.
The stock Honda Ruckus motor uses a crush washer for the exhaust manifold that is meant to be replaced each time you uncouple the header from the head. I got tired of deciding if I could re-use them, and I have a bit of a leak, so I…
Tail wheel brace for Max Thrust Riot and Ruckus models. The std tail wheel bracket is easily broken and I found the OEM replacement very difficult to fit so I designed this as a repair but would suggest that you fit this or something…
This is a PAIR valve blockoff cap for the Honda Ruckus. The PAIR valve normally takes atmospheric air in once the exhaust valve closes to mix into the exhaust gasses that then pass through the muffler, etc. It's normally blocked off once…
Made this mount for my honda ruckus. I printed out of petg and it has lasted 1.5 years so far. I used std metric machine screws and nuts to secure it to my front rack of the Honda Ruckus.
Rough models of the 2018 FIRST Tech Challenge Minerals for Rover Ruckus. Gold and Silver Minerals are included, as well as the .scad files in case you would like to adjust the wall thickness or hole spacing. Print instructions…
Holder for vertical use Ruckus AP
Honda Big Ruckus cover that is always missing. 3D scan from an original. Honda part number: 80155-KTB-000ZC
This model prints well in TPU. I included a small model you can use to test the correct % infill but I found 10% gyroid to be best for me. Used chamfers on the model since it prints much better than an edge blend. Very happy with the fit…
The Ruckus C12P, which is an excellent switch, has a known problem with power supplies breaking down (usually due to heat and inferior components). Since I didn't want to replace the bad power supply with another bad one, I took the…
A 2-part ceiling mount / drywall clamp to more strongly support a wireless access point on a ceiling. Can be installed as a retrofit through an existing 1-gang metal low voltage bracket. Uses captive M4 nuts and M4 bolts to clamp against…
Will work for any R3XX series models. Printed in PETG for a bit of extra strength, as these APs aren’t exactly lightweight. Nothing fancy — just a clean, sturdy stand that does the job and keeps the AP upright. 🔧 Plans for future…
Based on The Ruck Shop's Reep Par Pair Valve Block Off: https://theruckshop.com/product/honda-ruckus-metropolitan-reed-par-pair-valve-block-off-4-types/ Designed to be manufactured on a CNC Mill out of aluminum. Fusion 360 files attached…
Rack ears and wall mounts for the smaller Ruckus 7150 series of switches (the white ones). Make sure to print in something other than PLA. Should be temperature resistant, as these fanless switches can get toasty.
This is a Can holder that straps onto the front of a Honda Ruckus with zip ties. I just thought this would be useful. I uploaded A 3mf file so that people that have multi color printers can print the letters directly onto the cupholder…
Recently managed to get the last Triggercon, Ruckus but felt his arm and foot looked a little too hollow for our tastes. So here's some 3d printed gap fillers to the rescue! Didn't exactly have close matching colors to have printed these…

I replaced my Ruckus headlights with an LED bar and wanted the front end to be a little less bare than the plain battery box. This part fits between the headlight mount holes perfectly and looks like something or other, I dunno. I just…
Inspired (obviously) by the MNNTHBX dingleberry, but without a plate mount and with modified styling. When you grind the rear frame's stock plate and rear light mount off a Honda Ruckus you're left either needing to immediately prep and…
Another part inspired by mnnthbx's Honda Ruckus hard parts, this time a light-less lazy eye, keeping it Swayze. Less post processing is required to get a nice looking part, and you can use the STL as a starting point for a customized…
