Its not possible to disable detection sensor on the headphones, only in the app... but it freaking comes back from from time to time. This is my solution… If using after market pads, u might have to scale model to fit.

Arc does not need any support. Print it with decent brim. Base is best printed on a side. Arc and base can be used only lose coupled but also with the arc glued to the base. Parts are separated for better printability.
