2001-2018 Mopar Cigarette Lighter Fill Plug

This plug is specifically designed for Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles using Mopar part number 4793555 (or equivalent). It fits into the dashboard hole left by the removal of the cigarette lighter providing a cleaner look.

The plug has been tested using ABS filament, which works well for this and many other vehicle applications. 20-40% infill should be sufficient for your print.

In some cases, a silicone or rubber gasket may be needed to provide a secure fit between the plug and the mounting location. I used 3/32" silicone material to create my own gasket, but you can also repurpose the original cigarette lighter protector (part number 5026599AA) if you still have it (see attached image for reference).

To install, first gain access and remove the cigarette lighter from your vehicle (instructions may vary vehicle to vehicle, however this video shows the removal process for this style of plug specifically, and should be relatively similar on other vehicles). Once removed, align the notch on your plug with the notch in the dashboard location, and push until you hear a snap. If you need to remove it later, simply push the plug out from behind the trim panel where it's installed.
