This setup is based on my current hardware and probably will not be applicable for your setup. The screws / t-nuts that i used are different type as well as these are the available parts that I have.

So I uploaded the step file for you to do some modification and probably improve the design to make it more standard and probably less hardware requirement.

Here are the parts I used.

  1. Aluminum Extrusion (2020)
  2. M5x16 BHCS - this is used for the blind joints for the extrusion (2020 size)
  3. M5x8 BHCS - this is the screws i used for the panel mounting (4 each per panel)
  4. M5 T-nuts - this is to secure the M5 screw panel from the extrusion
  5. M3x8 BHCS - top / bottom / back panel screws
  6. M3 T-nuts - used to secure the M3 screws.

All the STL's are printed on a 300x300 build plate and may not fit on a 256x256 (bambu) size bed.
