I have a house full of cabinet drawers where the rear brackets started breaking. So I drew this 3D model that was inspired from the original bracket that broke. The ideal was to be a drop in replacement that is perhaps a little stronger and more resilient than the original bracket.
This supports a 1" wide by about 3/8" thick drawer slide rail. You may be able to scale it a little bit to adjust it to your needs.
I printed it in PETG, 20% infill and used 4 perimeters to ensure the vertical support piece was solid. Given this is a structural part a case could be made to use no infill but I've found this print parameters adequate for my purposes.
Hope this saves someone some time, effort and few bucks trying to hunt down one of these 30 year old brackets.
