Do you use the cable adapter for your charger, and have that silly duckhead lying around? (For those not clicking the link: the duckhead is the part of the charger that connects to the wall. It's removable to be swapped with duckheads from other regions, or longer cables.) If you don't keep it in your travel kit, you probably just have it floating in a junk drawer somewhere. Now you can put it in a fancy Gridfinity bin! There's even space for two!
Note that this is a tight fit, by design. There's not a whole lot of space to store these, they are juuuust barely too big for a single gridfinity bin when lying down, and I wanted to save on vertical height because it's going in a drawer. These aren't intended to be removed with any sort of regularity - I'd recommend coming up with your own design for that!
This will only fit the North American/Japanese and Chinese duckheads, while folded. Getting them out requires a bit of finesse–you can either use the end of the duckhead to lever it up, or you can flip the bin upside and give it a gentle tap to pop it out.
Print Settings
As with all of my bins, print settings are whatever works best for your gridfinity setup. For me:
- Infill: 10% Lightning
- Material: PLA Matte
- .2mm layer height
- No supports
- Defaults are fine
