Working on a modified E3V2 with AWD Y axis and designed a case for the Mellow Fly DP5 MCU since it uses 5 stepper drivers and is a very cheap and accessible board. The case mounts in the stock orientation with the screws on the front plus some t-nuts on the back for extra rigidity. It will fit perfectly on a V2 or Pro since both use a 4040 extrusion for the Y axis, but it can still be mounted on a base Ender 3 (there will just be a bit of a gap. It also utilizes a combination of a 4010 blower and 4010 axial. The blower directs air specifically across whatever steppers you expect to have the highest load, which are X and Y, and the axial fan provides general cooling within the case. You can use the fans that come on the printer but I used GDSTime fans.

Note: I haven't done wiring yet and some minor adjustments were made to the design after my first version so it isn't exactly the same as the pictures. I may design another version in the future for use on a base Ender 3.
