Client of mine was installing Morel Virtus 603 speakers on his GR Corolla, but the CDM-600 midrange was pretty large, the generic adapter was too small for it. So I designed and printed my own.
Printed with 100% infill and 3 perimeters in ABS. You'll need to do some minor modifications to the factory grilles and the dash for these to fit. I didn't have heated inserts on hand, so the model is designed to use screws and nuts to fix the speaker in place. I used 4-40 screws and nuts for this particular print as that was what I had available.
The grilles need to have the ring removed (shown in photos) and for the dash modification I used a hot knife (Habanero iron with heat knife tip) to have a more controlled cut on the dash. BE CAREFUL MODIFYING YOUR DASH, especially if you're using a hot knife. Always be mindful of where your knife is placed when you're done with it.
The bracket should fit other Toyotas that have a similar dash speaker shape.
