Bosch Go 3 bits holder - mount fix

I and a friend of mine created a solution for the originally flawed bits holder of the Bosch Go 3 electrical screwdriver.

Originally the bits holder rests in a clip within the case hinge, and is held at two very close positions via flimsy nibs. Most of the holder is not supported and acts as a lever when the package is moved around, which results in breaking of one of the nibs and then a rattling around  bits holder. With me, the product even arrived broken, so a simple return would not have solved the issue to my liking.

We solved the problem by opting for a supporting piece on the opposing end (the bits end) and everythings fine now (and for all).

Just print it on the sloped plane and support the round retainer, maybe use adaptive layer height for optimal roundness.

I went with red XPETG from Extrudr, 3 walls and a bit of glue, which isnt really necessary.

Ich und ein Freund haben uns eine Lösung für die im Original vermurkste Halterung des Bithalters des Bosch Go 3 ausgedacht.

Original wird der Bithalter im Scharnierteil der Aufbewahrungsbox untergebracht und dort nur an zwei sehr eng nebeneinander angeordneten und sehr schwachbrüstigen Stiften gehalten. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass der lange Hebelarm des Halters im Transport diese Stifte abbricht und dann Alles herumfliegt. In meinem Fall wurde das Gerät bereits in diesem Zustand geliefert, aber eine Retoure hätte das Thema ja auch nicht wirklich  gelöst.

Wir haben das Problem gelöst, indem wir eine zusätzliche Aufnahme am Bit-Ende konstruiert haben, was perfekt funktioniert und ewig halten sollte.

Für optimale Ergebnisse sollte die schräge Fläche aufs Druckbett und ein kleiner Support für die runde Aufnahme, ggf. adaptive Layer für eine extra schöne Rundung.

Ich nutzte rotes XPETG von Extrudr, 3 Wände und ein paar Tropfen Kleber, welche aber nicht wirklich nötig sind.
