I needed brackets to mount a t-slot extrusion rail to the underside of my desk while leaving at least one slot unobstructed - but why buy expensive hardware and t-nuts when I can instead over-engineer a solution instead?
I've included an end-cap model, and a model to use as a mid-support for longer extrusion profiles.
Please note, this is specifically for the 1010 / 1in x 1in profile, and the screw holes are sized for #8 screws (0.164 inches / 4.19 mm) because… that's what I had on hand.
I recommend using at least 3 perimeter walls, but PLA or PETG should be more than sufficent.
