Description
Clean up the cables around your ERCF drag chain!
2x3pins: You'll find the files for a standard ERCF where you need 6 pins, 3 for the encoder, 3 for the servo.
2x5pins: Then there is a version if you have the status LED or EREC mounted on your selector with 10 pins, 9 are actually used.
2x6pins: Finally, there is a 12 pins version if you have a tension/compression sensor close to the selector and want to route the wires through your drag chain.
Print parameters
Usual Voron profile or even better ERCF profile with .4mm nozzle with .2mm layer height.
Supports are embedded in the models!
BOM
- Printed parts - Anchor MMB side, anchor selector side and insert
- 4x M3x5x4 standard Voron heat inserts
- 4x M3x6mm BHCS to mount the drag chain
- Screws for mount both anchors to your ERCF as per ERCF BOM
- 2x M2x4x3 heat inserts - Aliexpress Link not affiliated
- 2x M2x8mm SHCS to mount the “insert”
- 2x micro-fit 3.0 plug/socket 2xX pins depending on your chosen version - DigiKey 1 / DigiKey 2
- A few more drag chain links - you should have enough as spare since you bought 1m ;)
- as many micro-fit 3.0 crimps as needed
